The property was wonderful but I had a problem with your taxi service . I paid for the taxi to pick me up from the airport he was a no show I called several times but I could not get anyone on the phone . How do I go about getting my mi ey refunded ??

Everything was fine, no issue at all, the front desk people are very friendly and the security guys. I would love be there again. Do they have Jacuzzi rooms there too? If you have any promotion for second week of July

Very clean, the breakfast buffet was really good, loved that they changed the options every day. The bed is comfortable and the AC is very cold. The staff is nice and helpful. I had a good stay

Convenient, close to shopping centers and restaurants + two of the front seat staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Anyi and the Yonge lady in glasses… Be sure to ask for their help :)))
